Shipping policy

We dispatch orders within two working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Dispatch time is separate from the time the postal service takes to deliver your parcel.

Delivery to the UK

UK postage costs £2.85 per order using Royal Mail Tracked 48. The charge is the same whether you buy one coin or one hundred.

Tracked 48 is the name of the delivery service. It is not a guaranteed arrival date. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or by the carrier should be read alongside the dispatch time above.

International delivery

International delivery costs £11.99 per order for destinations available at checkout. Select the international delivery option when ordering. If your address is not offered a delivery service, contact us before placing an order.

Transit times vary by destination, and customs checks can cause delays. Import duties, local taxes or carrier customs-handling charges may be payable by the recipient where these have not already been collected at checkout. Your local customs authority can explain the charges that may apply. This does not exclude any tax or other obligation that the law places on us.

Delivery addresses

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete delivery address and check it before paying. If you spot an error, email hello@copescoins.com as soon as possible. We will help where we can, although an address may be difficult to change once a parcel has been dispatched.

Dispatch confirmation and tracking

We send a dispatch notification with tracking details when your order is shipped. Tracking information may take time to appear on the carrier's system. Contact us if the tracking does not update or your parcel has not arrived as expected.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

Please contact us about a delivery problem so we can investigate with the carrier. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or someone you nominate to receive them, takes physical possession. You do not have to resolve a claim with the carrier yourself before contacting us.

Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. Your legal rights where delivery is late, refused, lost or damaged are unaffected. We will provide the refund, replacement or other remedy required by law.
