Information comes from you, your browser or device, and the service providers involved in payment, delivery, fraud prevention and operation of the store. Required checkout information enables us to take payment and deliver your order. If it is not provided, we may be unable to complete the purchase.

Why we use information

The store uses Shopify and has connections for Shopify Collabs, Google & YouTube and Meta. These services can support store operation, referral attribution, analytics, advertising and campaign measurement, according to their functions, configuration and applicable privacy choices. They may receive device, browsing, referral or purchase-event information for those purposes.

Shopify hosts our store and processes information about visits and purchases. Shopify Network Intelligence also combines interactions with our shop, other merchants and Shopify to support enhanced services, including improvements, personalisation and advertising. Information may be shared with Shopify and other providers in other countries for these services.

Our Shopify customer-data hosting region is the European Union. This does not mean every service processes information only there. How long information is kept

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. For order and enquiry records, this includes completing the purchase, handling returns and complaints, meeting accounting or other legal requirements and dealing with legal claims. The period depends on the record, applicable requirements and whether an issue remains unresolved.

Marketing information is kept while it is needed for the relevant marketing purpose. If you opt out, we may keep a minimal record of that choice so it is respected. Information is not kept indefinitely simply because an order was placed, and a deletion request does not require us to remove records the law requires us to retain.
