Not a penny! Delivery to the UK is absolutely free on every single order.

Plus, orders placed before 1pm Mon - Fri will be posted the same day. 

For International shipping we charge £11.99.

For any orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday, we post them the same day using Royal Mail First Class post or better. For orders placed after 1pm or at weekends, we'll post them the next business day. 

So in most cases you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days. 


Yes, pretty much. We have thousands of coins in stock and ready for dispatch. For orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday, we will send your coins out on the same day.

Note, if a coin is out of stock, it will have 'Sold Out' on the listing and you will not be able to add it to your basket.

Yes you can. Please ring 0800 112 30 40 and we will be happy to create your order for you and take the necessary details. We appreciate sometimes online buying can be a bit daunting and customers would rather speak to a person rather than doing it all electronically. 

If the line is busy, please leave your name, number and the coins you are interested in and we will call you back at the earliest opportunity.

From time to time, we are aware of some customers experiencing difficulties when trying to pay at checkout even though they have funds available to cover the transaction.

In most cases, this is due to your bank issuer putting a temporary hold on the payment as this is your first payment to ourselves. A quick call to your bank to tell them you are happy to proceed with the transaction will remove the hold and you will then be able to continue with your order. 


Yes you can. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and hassle free. 

If you have made a mistake with your order, want to add another coin or simply wish to cancel altogether then you can. Please get in touch with us via email at or give us a ring on 0800 112 30 40 and we'll be happy to help. 

Yes you can. We offer a 30 day 'no quibble' return guarantee, so if you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. 

Please get in touch with us as soon as you can to begin the returns process. Please note, unless the item is not as described, all return postage costs will be paid by the customer.

On receipt of the return, the items will be inspected and providing they are in the same condition as were issued, we will process the refund on the same day. Actual timescales of when your refund will be credited back to you will depend on your banking provider. 


No, not from the general public unfortunately. We buy our coins from our preferred suppliers who we have built good relationships with and buy in bulk rather than coin collections from the public.

We specialise in UK Royal Mint commemorative coins from 1994 to the present day, so pre-decimal coins, gold or silver coins, foreign coins or bank notes are not really our thing.

No unfortunately not. If your coin is from 1994 onwards then there is a good possibility it is listed on our site, so this will give you an idea of the current retail price.

For valuations and appraisals on individual coins or collections, particularly prior to 1994, we suggest you contact your local coin dealer for a valuation and purchase price.

Accounts and Passwords

When you place an order you can check or uncheck the box as to whether you wish to subscribe to our newsletter. Alternatively, you can add your email in the newsletter box at the bottom of our homepage and you will be included in the next email we send out.

At the top of our homepage there is a link to allow you to signup and create an account. Once created, you can login and see all of your previous orders. Having an account saves you time as you do not need to re-enter your personal details such as your delivery address.

No problem. If you have forgot your password please click on the login box at the top of our homepage and select 'Recover password'. Enter the email address you used to sign up to your account and click the recover button. 

Please check your email (and spam/junk folder in case it has been sent there) and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Sssssh! Yes we do and from time to time we will email our members exclusive discount codes to be used in our shop. To get discount codes straight to your inbox, please subscribe to our newsletter by submitting your email address in the box at the footer of our homepage. 

At checkout, simply enter the discount code and save money.
